How do I place an order?
Browse the store, add items to your cart, and select Cash on Delivery at checkout. That's it — no advance payment, no risk.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — always. Every order on ELITAIRE is COD. You don't pay a single rupee until your order is at your door. See it, love it, then pay.

Will I get 10% off my first order?
Yes. Your 10% discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. It's our welcome gift to you.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 6–10 working days across Pakistan. This includes sourcing, quality checking, packing, and courier delivery. We make sure your order is right before it leaves us.

Is there free delivery?
Yes! Orders over PKR 7,000 get free delivery automatically. Under that, a standard shipping fee applies.

How will I track my order?
Once dispatched, we'll send your tracking details via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your package in real time.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — as long as it hasn't been dispatched from UAE. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll sort it immediately.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
That's on us — and we'll fix it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video. We'll arrange an exchange quickly.
